A native of Birmingham, Alabama and the product of an extended family filled with the love of foster parents, E.J Turner understands the importance of providing a safe,stable,nurturing and non-judgemental environment for children in the foster care system.

E.J is no stranger to servant leadership and community service,with more than 8 years experience in political organizing and 4years experience in higher education leadership. Currently E.J serves as the Deputy Campaign Manager for Birmingham Mayor Randall Woodfin’s re-election Campaign.

As a recent two time graduate of Alabama A&M University,B.S in Political Science and Masters of Business Administration. E.J provides Serenity Grace with a youthful perspective and experience leading the consitituent group we look to serve.
